Prime Minister Paetongtarn Shinawatra will lead her 35 newly-appointed ministers to swear an oath before His Majesty the King in the Amphorn Sathan Residential Hall at 5pm on Friday.
All the ministers have been advised by the secretariat of the cabinet to report to Government House tomorrow at 10am for RT-PCR tests, in the Blue Room of Santi Maitri Building.
Prime Minister Paetongtarn’s cabinet ministers have been approved by His Majesty the King in a Royal Command issued on Tuesday and published in the Royal Gazette today.
The new cabinet consists of 36 ministers, including the prime minister. Most cabinet ministers have served in the previous administration of Prime Minister Srettha Thavisin.
Among the new faces are:
· Chusak Sirinil, PM Office Minister
· General Nathaphol Nakpanich, deputy defence minister
· Narumon Pinyosinwat, agriculture minister
· Ittthi Sirilatthayakorn, deputy agriculture minister
· Akkara Prompao, deputy agriculture minister
· Chalermchai Sri-on, minister of natural resources and environment.
· Sorawong Thienthong, minister of tourism and sports
· Pichai Naripthaphan, commerce minister
· Sabeeda Thaised, deputy interior minister
· Det-it Khaothong, deputy public health minister
· Akanat Promphan, industry minister
