The medical team treating HRH Princess Bajrakitiyabha Narendira Debyavati, who fell unconscious during a cardiac incident three years ago, revealed today that her bloodstream infection has improved.
Her blood pressure is now stable following the discontinuation of medication used to support it, according to the latest announcement issued today by the Bureau of the Royal Household.
The team continues to administer antibiotics to control the infection and is providing ongoing support for her lung and kidney function.
Her condition is being closely monitored and treated.
The announcement also stated that if there are any significant changes in her condition, the Bureau of the Royal Household will issue further updates.
On August 9, the medical team reported that the Princess had developed a severe bloodstream infection and experienced low blood pressure.
The Princess, the eldest daughter of HM the King and Princess Soamsawali, has been receiving treatment at King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital since December 15, 2022.
