The Supreme Court issued a statement yesterday denying that the president of Supreme Court’s Election Division, Worawut Thawathasin, has ever been associated with a former politician only identified as 'Nai Nor'.
The court said it was confirmed by Worawut himself that he has never travelled to meet with that individual in an attempt to get support from senators to become a judge on the Constitutional Court.
The court also said that Worawut has assigned the Office of Litigation to take legal action against any individuals who implicated him of having any association with 'Nai Nor' and thus damaging his reputation and judicial career.
