Air pollution throughout Bangkok exceeds the safe level today, with the average amount of PM2.5 dust in the atmosphere being measured at 48.7µg/m³, according to the Air Quality Information Centre of the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration.
The 12 most polluted districts today are:
1. Nong Khaem, 65µg/m³
2. Phasi Charoen, 60.3µg/m³
3. Thawi Wattana, 59.5µg/m³
4. Taling Chan, 59.1µg/m³
5. Khlong Sam Wa, 58.3µg/m³
6. Bang Na, 58.3µg/m³
7. Wang Thong Lang, 56.7µg/m³
8. Bang Khun Thian, 56.3µg/m³
9. Bangkok Noi, 55.75µg/m³
10. Min Buri, 55.5µg/m³
11. Lak Si, 54.8µg/m³
12. Bang Khae, 54.55µg/m³
The levels of PM2.5 dust in northern Bangkok range from 40.23-54.8µg/m³, 42.8-58.3µg/m³ in eastern Bangkok, 38.15-56.7µg/m³ in central Bangkok, 40.7-58.3µg/m³s in southern Bangkok, 44.3-59.6µg/m³ in northern Thon Buri and between 45.65µg/m³ and 65µg/m³ in southern Thon Buri.
