Debsirin Nonthaburi School in Nonthaburi has extended the suspension of on-site classes until August 31, with lessons to be conducted entirely online until then.
The school had earlier said that students at all levels would not attend classes on August 10-11 and August 13-14 following the fatal shooting at the school on August 7.
The school announced via its Facebook page yesterday, however, that classes would be conducted entirely online on weekdays from August 18-31.
Students will also have an additional day off on August 17 to allow the school to prepare for the shift to online teaching.
The school has also postponed final examinations from September 14-18 to September 21-25.
It asked parents to supervise and monitor their children’s learning while they study from home, ensuring that they receive quality education in a safe environment.
Teachers and educational personnel working from home are required to clock in through the school’s system by 8.30am and monitor announcements and work assignments through the school’s Line group.
The school said further information would be announced through its website.
