Police are investigating the death of a man of unknown nationality, who plunged to his death from the 4th floor of a shopping mall in the northeastern province of Nakhon Ratchasima on Monday evening.
The victim, aged between 50 and 60, was found dead near an escalator. Forensics officers said that the unidentified man sustained severe head injuries, broken legs and arms.
A room access card, for a hotel located near the mall, was found in the victim’s possession.
The incident took place at a time when the mall was crowded with shoppers and police say they are still trying to determine what happened to cause him to fall.
