Each year approximately 500,000 new graduates enter Thailand’s job market. Perhaps it is now the most challenging time to find a job, since all businesses have been affected by the coronavirus pandemic and their growth fell, as well as the size of their workforce. Most employers, who used to hire new graduates, are now reluctant to have more of them in their companies. Other firms are, however, satisfied with their new employees’ performance, although they have some interesting observations about the new generations’ skills and attitude.
