PM leads Thai people in merit-making for HM the Queen on her birthday

Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha led cabinet ministers and their spouses, government officials and members of the public in making merit by presenting alms to 410 monks at Sanam Luang this morning on the occasion of Her Majesty the Queen’s birthday.
Similar merit-making rituals were held across the country at provincial halls and other appropriate venues designated by respective provincial administrations.
Later, the Prime Minister’s entourage went to the Grand Palace to sign a book to express their good wishes to HM the Queen.
Members of the military top brass, diplomatic corps and the public also signed books to express their good wishes to HM the Queen at the Grand Palace and at provincial halls throughout the country.
