A tunnel under construction for the Thai-Chinese high-speed railway collapsed at around midnight last night in Nakhon Ratchasima province.
Three Myanmar nationals working at the site are missing. As of noon today, there was no further information on their fate.
Rescue workers, who rushed to the scene, were denied access and were told that the company responsible for the construction is handling the situation.
