Floods force people in Chainat province to move to higher ground

People living in three districts of Chainat province have been advised to move their valuables to higher ground quickly and to be aware of the risk from electric shocks, as the water level in the Chao Phraya River, upstream of the Chao Phraya Dam, has been rising steadily.
