The Australian Embassy in Bangkok has released a documentary telling the story of His Majesty the King of Thailand’s time in Australia.

The first part of the documentary tells the story of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej and Her Majesty Queen Sirikit, the Queen Mother’s visit to Australia and the story of King Maha Vajiralongkorn studies at The King’s School, in Sydney.

The second part of the documentary tells the story of King Maha Vajiralongkorn’s enrollment at the Royal Military College, Duntroon, in Canberra, and his training with the elite Special Air Service Regiment.

The third part of the documentary tells the story of King Maha Vajiralongkorn’s graduation from the Royal Military College and details the relationship between Thailand and Australia.

The documentary also incorporates contemporary interviews with the King’s classmates.
