The government and the opposition have reached an agreement that the censure debate will last four days, from July 19^th to 22^nd, with voting to take place on July 23^rd, and the opposition will be given 45 hours to speak, in the fourth and last debate against Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha and his cabinet.

Opposition chief whip, Sutin Klungsang, said after a meeting today (Wednesday), between the government and opposition whips and the cabinet, that the opposition is happy with the 45-hour allocation, even though the number of days for the debate have been reduced from the five that they had originally sought.

The government side has have been allocated with 18 hours to respond.

The debate will start at 8.30am and end at about 12.30am on the first three days and no later than midnight on the last day. Voting will begin at 10am on July 23^rd.

Sutin said that the first part of the debate will be against individual ministers. The second is debate against two specific ministers, one being the main target and the other secondary. The third part is a debate against three other ministers simultaneously. Each MP can speak against an individual minister only once.

Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha and ten ministers have been targeted in the censure debate.

The prime minister and his ministers have survived the last three censure debates.
