Their Majesties the King and Queen of Thailand granted an audience to APEC leaders last evening (Friday), in the Chakri Maha Prasat Throne Hall of the Grand Palace.

Their Majesties and HRH Princess Sirivannavari Rajakanya received the APEC leaders, their spouses and special guests of the government, including French President Emmanuel Macron and Saudi Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman.

Each APEC leader was presented to Their Majesties by Thai Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha.

Photos of the audiences were taken with Their Majesties and the Princess. Their respective images will be mounted in a silver niello photo frame, one of the seven souvenirs to be presented to them by the Thai government.

The APEC Summit is scheduled to end today (Saturday). A joint communique is still being drafted and agreed.
