Queen Mother’s health improves

The Bureau of the Royal Household released a statement today (Tuesday), saying that Her Majesty Queen Sirikit, the Queen Mother, is recovering well after she was admitted to Chulalongkorn Hospital for treatment of a fever and persistent cough on July 23rd.
HM the Queen Mother’s respiratory tract infection has subsided. Doctors said she has been eating well. She no longer has a fever and her cough is improving, says the statement.
The Queen Mother can be discharged and will return to Chitralada Palace today.
