People who want to join the 5th phase of the “Rao Tiew Duay Kan” (We Travel Together) program can registration from tomorrow, from 6am until 9pm, Deputy Government Spokesperson Traisuree Traisoranakul said today (Sunday).

She also said that those who have already registered for the first four phases of the program do not need to reapply, but they do need to click to accept the terms and conditions in the “Pao Tang” app on their smart phones.

560,000 “entitlements” are available under the 5th phase of the scheme and those who have registered can start booking hotel rooms between March 7th and April 26th and can check in to the hotels from March 10th until April 30th.

Those who are eligible for the travel entitlements must be Thai nationals, aged at least 18. New applicants must use the same smart phone numbers that they used when they installed the “Pao Tang” app when applying for the travel program.

New applicants will receive a text message confirming their registration within three days of their application.

The “Rao Tiew Duay Kan” program was launched to promote domestic tourism and to help tourism-related businesses, such as hotels, which were badly affected during COVID-19 pandemic.
