Paying last respects to Queen Elizabeth II

The Royal Palace has invited members of the public to offer their condolences on the passing of Queen Elizabeth II of the United Kingdom.

A portrait of Queen Elizabeth II was installed at the Manee Nopparat Gate of the Royal Grand Palace on Monday for people to pay their last respects to the late queen.  Officials and personnel of Royal Office on Monday laid flowers before the portrait to express their condolences.

The site will be open to the public until September 25.

Meanwhile, Thai Ambassador to London Pisanu Suvanajata represented Thailand at the funeral of Queen Elizabeth II on Monday.
