No passage ways linking Myanmar moutain with Tham Luang

A Myanmar senator told Thai officials on Saturday that Myanmar officials did not find any passage ways that could link the Doi Nang Non mountain range on the Myanmar side of the border with the Tham Luang cave complex in Chiang Rai.

The senator, Mr Sai Lone San Khart, was among the 11-man delegation led by Mr Sai Shang Tip Lone, Myanmar minister of financial affairs, who visited Tham Luang Luang cave on Saturday to coordinate support for the Thai search and rescue operations.

The delegation met with Chiang Rai governor Narongsak Osotthanakorn, the supervisor of the operations.

The senator assured that the Myanmar side was willing to help if requested from the Thais.

The Myanmar delegation spent about two hours at the cave before leaving for Myanmar.
