'Stunned': Italy cancels planned US visit after Trump says Meloni 'begged' for photo

Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni said in a video posted on X Friday that she was "frankly stunned" by US President Donald Trump's mocking claim that she "begged" him for a photo during the G7 summit in France this week. Italian Foreign Minister Antonio Tajani said he was cancelling a visit to the US planned for June 21 and 22 in response.
