Mass shooting in Nakhon Ratchasima: What we know so far

What we know so far about the mass shooting by army man Sgt-Maj Jakrapanth Thomma who is now being holed up in Terminal 21 shopping mall in Nakhon Ratchasima:
- Public Health Minister Anutin confirms 20 people have been killed, 31 injured
- Shooting began when the gunman shot dead his commander and a woman, and injured another person in a house in Muang District after an argument on debt issue before escaping in a stolen Humvee to Terminal 21 shopping mall in downtown Nakhon Ratchasima
- The gunman is holding unknown number of hostages in the shopping mall
- Crack police and army units are laying siege to Terminal 21 in which a number of shoppers are being trapped
- The gunman is heavily armed with an assortment of weapons, including an HK-33 assault rifle
- The gunman has posted selfie photos and messages on Facebook – one of which reads “Are all the three dead?” (apparently referring to the three persons whom he shot earlier)
- Prime Minister Prayut offers condolences to families of those killed and injured
