Speaking at a press conference in the presence of a team of doctors at Chiang Rai Prachanukroh Hospital, he said the first four members of the team, aged 14-16, were admitted to the hospital from 7.30pm on July 8. They had low body temperature and had to be warmed up with patient warming blankets. A chest x-ray showed that two of them might have lung infections probably because they had  been confined in a moisturous area and the fact that they had to dive 4-6 hours on the way out of the cave. One of them had bruises in the right legs.

But by this morning, either of them had fever. They were able to eat normally. On Monday night, they were allowed to see their relatives from a glass room.

As for the second group of four survivors, aged 12-14, who arrived at the hospital from on Monday, they were initially found to have low body termperature. One of them had a slow heart beat which, however,  returned to normal after treatment. One of them had scratches in the right foot.

This morning, however, their fever had disappeared. They appeared fresh and were able to communicate normally. Doctors began to give them some normal food.

Dr Jesada affirmed that the Chiang Rai Prachanukroh Hospital is ready to provide treatment in every field as it is well-equipped and has a strong team of doctors. The ongoing treatment of the Moo Pa Academy football team members does not affect the normal medical services of the hospital.
