A man was killed and four others were injured when an item in a second-hand shop, in Nakhon Ratchasima’s Wang Nam Khieo district, exploded this morning.
An explosive ordnance disposal team rushed to the location, because a second device had been identified.
An initial police report states that the property owners traded in second-hand items and went to Phu Lam Yai, the 2nd Army Region tactical training ground, to look for items.
Police suspect that they unknowingly collected live explosive ordnance while searching the field.
